Job Description
- Responsible for routine accounting activities.
- Keep records of financial transaction and support documents.
- Accounts reconciliation and statement reconciliation.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
- Plan, modify, develop and implement the record keeping and accounting system.
- Supervision of the executive of financial accounting system, credits and banking affairs, insurance and the ministry of finance.
- Manage and handle all the activities and reports regarding the payments, taxes, VAT, bank accounts, salaries, insurances, social security and etc.
- Analyze costs, profits, financial commitments and obligations.
- Develop and improve the financial system, processes and reports.
- Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching.
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.
- Establish procedures for custody or control of assets, records, loan collateral, or securities to ensure safekeeping.
