Rooz Darou Pharmaceutical Company (Public Joint Stock and listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange) is seeking an experienced and capable Financial Manager to join its executive team. The selected candidate will play a key role in financial planning, cost control, cash flow management, and preparing standardized financial reports for the Board of Directors, the Stock Exchange, and auditors.
Responsibilities:
Develop, supervise, and implement the company’s financial strategies and plans
Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and national accounting standards
Manage cash flow, working capital, and annual budgeting
Monitor financial performance across departments and provide managerial analyses to support decision-making
Manage internal and external audits and maintain ongoing communication with the Stock Exchange–approved auditor
Prepare periodic reports required by the Securities and Exchange Organization (disclosures, financial statements, notes, etc.)
Oversee taxation matters, commercial law compliance, social security regulations, and financial requirements of listed companies
Lead the finance team, enhance professional competencies, and establish financial discipline across the organization
Contribute to economic analyses and evaluation of investment projects
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of financial experience, including at least 3 years in financial management—preferably in listed or pharmaceutical companies
Strong knowledge of:
Accounting and financial reporting standards
Taxation laws, capital market regulations, commercial law, and insurance regulations
Budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow management
Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel, and integrated ERP systems
Strong team management skills, analytical decision-making, and professional reporting abilities
High accuracy, integrity, discipline, and a solid financial understanding of pharmaceutical production and sales processes
