Job Description

- Keep the right record and maintain the financial documents based on the financial rules and regulations of our country and the securities and exchange organization. - Provide the financial statements and reports in order to submit to the auditors. - Planning and holding professional exams which is related to the capital market and issuing the related certificates. - Prepare income tax return and value added in the specific time, - Prepare required financial reports in order to submit to the deputy or manager, - Identify and keep the record of operational revenue such as the right of monitoring on the exchanges, investment funds, registering joint stock companies, investment companies, … - Assess the whole document of costs such as welfare costs of personnel and settle it. - Maintain financial documents and evidences accurately and trackable. - Recognize the inventory of stuffs and record it, control accurate implementation of the procedure and related systems, create a required connection among logistic systems. - Recognize and record the revenue which is the result of the monitoring and supervising the trading of commodity and energy exchange daily. - Control to settle the interest of deposit and recognize accrued revenue. - Design, plan, organize holding capital market professional exams electronically and continuously). - Facilitate the enrollment condition for applicants (creating personal account, selecting exam, pay the exam fees, ….). - Updating the topic of capital market professional exams based on the enactments of professional certificates committee. - Conduct the affairs related to the exams such as selection of questions, create an exam, control and assess the validity of questions, submit the information of applicant to exam center. - Attend the exam center to monitor the accuracy of procedure and response to the questions of applicants. - Devise a list of accepted applicants and obtaining the required approval and inform the applicant about the result. - Obtaining the required documents for issuing the credentials. - Handling the objection which maybe claim by the rejected applicants. - Issuing the credential for accepted applicants.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience - Master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management. - Good command in accounting and auditing standards - Mastery of rules and regulations and the capital market processes - Administrative correspondence and reporting skills
