Oil Industry Pension Fund (OIPF) as a non-governmental organization with the main mission of provision welfare services to oil-industry retirees and employees in line with achievement of organization’s human resource development strategies intended to head hunt competent Experienced Financial Accounting Specialist (women/men) for head quarter in Tehran through the exam and interview in accordance with the organization’s policies for recruitment.

The main responsibilities of the Job is as below, but not limited to this items.
- Analyze financial information/ data,
- Prepare financial statements and other reports,
- Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivable,
- Prepare required data to the internal and external auditors,
- Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information,
- Handle accounting routine risks,
- Filling income tax returns and prepare required data to the tax assessors,
- Prepare comprehensive Budget, Cost, Benefit analysis,
- Control the documents, closing accounts and end-of-course documents,
- Handle Resource Provision, Insurance and Credits affairs,
- Excellent Communication and Problem Solving skills.
- Holding Master Degree from the high ranking reputable Public/State Universities with the minimum average of 16 / 20 in:
- Financial Management,
-MBA (with orientation in Management of Financial Affairs)
- Having the relevant proven work record up to 5 years,
- Having ICDL certificate issued by competent organizations,
- Having the other proficiency certificates in intended fields,
- Maximum age of 30 is a must.
In the equal conditions (regarding to the applicants’ education and work records), being offspring of oil-industry retirees / employees will be an advantage in recruitment process.
