Job Description
- Forming, managing and leading all the tasks in the finance management and subsets including finance departments at regional offices
- Holding the process of recruitment, leading and coaching the finance management staff at the headquarter and other offices
- Forming, stablishing and improving all the internal and external processes in association with other managements in order to facilitate the intercommunication
- Managing and directing the fulfillment of billing, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring the money liquidity in order to clarify the budget accounts
- Analyzing the income and outcome money credit and targeting the annual budget in order to reduce the financial risks
- Managing and directing the process of receiving, holding and cashing the checks which are related to the sales specialists, and planning the payment of their commission in a timely manner
- Replying the legal representatives of financial organizations and preparing precise reports for that
- Analyzing the business trends in the market and make executive plans to approach the business targets
- Forming the structure of reports according to short-term and long-term necessities, also preparing and presenting periodic statistical reports of the operations to the CEO and offering the total solutions to improve the output
