Job Description

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the department with a focus on revenue, expenses, profitability, and budget variances.

Contribute to the preparation, revision, and control of budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with planning and operational teams.

Provide analytical financial and management reports to support key decision-making at both departmental and organizational levels.

Analyze cost structures and service/product profitability to identify opportunities for financial optimization.

Design and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and analyze the reasons behind deviations from targets.

Conduct financial evaluations of projects and initiatives, including investment reviews, contracts, equipment leases, and improvement projects.

Maintain effective communication with operational managers to align execution decisions with financial goals and constraints.

Ensure compliance of financial activities with organizational policies, procedures, and control requirements.
