Job Description

• Assist with month-end closing activities to ensure accurate calculations.
• Oversee daily financial and accounting operations in the BTC team.
• Ensure customer contracts are in place, effective, and compliant with UL policies.
• Prepare monthly aged debt and bad debt provisions for all BTC channels.
• Controlling customers payment
• Controlling TTS off invoice booking
• Periodical customers’ account reconciliation
• Submitting AFCF required documents based on controls frequency
• Prepare overdue aging report and updating the dashboard
• Controlling price and discount setting
• Monitoring customers’ receipt and sales return
• Prepared required analysis and reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or other related fields.
• 5 years related work experience and 2 years managerial .
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
