Main Responsibilities Serves as Chief Accountant Officer/ Controller: - Furnishes reports to department heads - Approves customer credit - Check regularly the financial standing of the customers - Develops accounting procedures in compliance with the German and Iranian standards - Establishes forecasts with the assistance of the field sales engineer with the approval of the Management Sales Committee - Establish expense budgets with the assistance and approval of department heads - Ensures an efficient costs and budgetary control - Makes up the financial plan and cash budgets - Entertains the relation with the banks - Hold the operational responsibility of the accountant department Serves as Administration Department Head: - Maintain the information System(Hard +Soft) - Implements Navision and all related Soft package - Takes care of all Assets (Buildings, workshop, etc.) Serves as Legal Department Head: - Handle all insurance matters - Handles all legal matters - Entertains relationship with lawyers chartered accountants, auditors government bodies, etc Serves as Human Resources Manager Serves as Company deputy: - Prepares all agendas, minutes, reports of BoD - Maintain all statutory books and procedures - Evaluates accounting, budget and other reports for the Management and BoD - Prepares the company’s annual report Position reporting to: Managing Director Subordinates: Administration, Accountancy Salary: - 10,000,000 Rials per month, negotiable
