Job Description

• Scanning different types of financial and non-financial documents in daily basis • Filing accounting vouchers and financial documents in weekly basis • Recording all internal and external correspondence • Typing and preparing draft letters in official format • Support management in completing special projects or ad-hoc reporting • Data entry in financial and commercial systems • Preparing database in Excel and Access for keeping the records. • Assign and dispatch electronic letter and hard copies to staff

Requirements

• Gender : Male • Age : 24-28 Years • Bachelor Degree (Accounting / Finance/Management/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics) • Detail-oriented, efficient, flexible, results-oriented, and a self-starter person. • Excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and strong organizational skills • Familiarity with Hamkaran System and Didgah is an advantage • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced team environment • Occasional overtime work may be necessary
