Job Description
- Bundled field service: Planned and unplanned maintenance and overhauls and product support (equipment-related) in Iran - Installation supervision, commissioning of equipment, and customer training - Identification of customer needs - Execution of plant optimization, modernization, and retrofits - Perform in-house service jobs - Delivery of high-quality service execution - Service coordination, warranty service - Promotion of spare-parts sales - Coordinating with external repair workshops to carry out repair works on GEA Equipment products
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering preferable - Experience in rotating equipment (centrifugal separators) - Exposure to the Dairy / Food Processing / Beverage Industries - Experience in Food Processing, Packaging, Separation, Rotating Equipment, Spray Driers, Flow Components, Homogenizers - Experience in service execution for min. 3 - 5 years - Position will require traveling outside Iran (preferable) - Valid Passport - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office - Good writing and verbal communication skills in English language - Able to work independently, flexibly - Team player - Able to work under time pressure / with deadlines - Age preference: 25-35
