Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Field Coordinator to organize and oversee the operations of a part of field team. The role of the Field Coordinator is to lead and motivate the field team, implement field market research activities and ensure our clients tasks will be handled in the best possible way. Responsibilities - Executing and managing field tasks like data collection, new recruitment and etc. - Lead a team of field forces towards effective collaboration and achievement of goals - Handling ad hoc tasks requested by our client - Recruiting and training field forces - Keeping up to date with products - Controlling the training and development of field forces - Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines - Investigating current marketplace and feeding back important market news - Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
Requirements
- University graduate in Management/ Marketing/ Research and related fields. - Strong practical background, Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning/project management - Strong communication skills. - Goal oriented, action focused and self-disciplined - Good team player and capable of managing multiple requests from different stakeholders and efficiently prioritize them and deliver on time - Advanced MS office skills mainly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. - Ability to perform regular market visits within the country. - Fluent in English (written & spoken) - In depth understanding of Market Research concept - Problem solving capability - Male between 25 to 35 - Any experience in Automotive/ Market Research industries is a plus
