Job Description
1. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule. 2. Planning, material purchase and production of inventories, orders received in the expected time 3. Cooperation with the quality control Department to eliminate any problems related to product quality 4. Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods 5. Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including design, maintenance, and maintenance. 6. Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, maps, drawings, and models. 7. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. 8. Monitoring - Monitoring / Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to improvements or take corrective action. 9. Ensuring that the production is cost effective. 10. Making sure that product are produced on time and are of good quality. 11. Working out the human and material resources needed. 12. Drafting a timescale for the job 13. Estimating costs and setting the quality standards. 14. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. 15. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. 16. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmers. 17. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals 18. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. 19. Supervising and motivating a team of workers. 20. Reviewing worker performance. 21. Identifying training needs and inform to the related Department. 22. Be capable of managing staff 23. Have great communication skills 24. Have analytical and planning skills 25. Have good problem-solving skills 26. Be able to understand the techniques and processes used 27. Be able to keep calm and make quick, clear decisions while coping with pressure 28. Be flexible 29. Reporting to: GM / Chair man of the board 30. Candidate must reside in the Tehran or around. 31. Probation Period: 3 months
Requirements
• Age range: 35-45 • Sex: Male • Military Service: Completed/Exempted • At least 3-5 years of experience in related areas • Preferably holding a Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or Industrial engineering. • Complete knowledge of MS-Office software • Preferably familiar with MRPII • Excellent teamwork skills.
