Job Description

General: - Define, align and cascade strategic targets of companies in plant post final approval - Manage activities in Production & Engineering to ensure that all plant teams are aware of what they are required to achieve and how they are performing against their objectives - Responsible for the supervision and enforcement of all affairs related to the factory - Responsible of Engineering and Production projects under construction and CTS - Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual budget of the factory - Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures in the factory to ensure that the Company complies with all statutory regulations - Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous - Ensure that all reports are prepared and submitted timely and accurately to meet business and corporate requirements, policies and standards - Ensure to follow established policies, procedures or particular instructions. - Keeping day-to-day activities organized - Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives - Completing tasks assigned by the factory manager accurately and efficiently - Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. - Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. - Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. - Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team. - Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. - Ensure optimal resource usage and wastage reduction - corrective/preventive action is taken - Direct the provision of support services (HR, Finance, Administration etc.) to the different plant areas and teams in order to ensure service levels are achieved, thus ensuring smooth flow of production and operations. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills - Leadership and organizational abilities - Ability to Work Well Under Pressure

Requirements

-More than 10 years proven experience as CEO or in other top managerial position in food industries or related filed. - Factory management more than 100 employers - Extensive experience at medium or large firms with over 300 employees. - Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision. - Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. - Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, HR, finance etc. - An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. - Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and public speaking skills. - MSc/MA in engineering and business administration or relevant field. - The candidate should have over 40 years old. - Fluent in English is an advantage. - Strategic Thinking - Critical thinking - Problem solving - Knowledge of QA & HSE policies & SOPs, MSDS
