Job Description

- Ability to Accompany in organizational improvement activities - Continuous tracking and tracing the activities until achieving results - Ability to divide work among employees. - Ability to perform full coordination between different sections of the factory units - In acquaintance with strategy setting - In acquaintance with production line machinery and equipment (tobacco production in particular) - In acquaintance with measuring tools - In acquaintance with the principles of maintenance and repair - In acquaintance with production planning - In acquaintance with the principles of storage - In acquaintance with standardization process (ISO)

Requirements

- Degree of education: At least has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Industrial Management - At least 15 years of work experience and 8 years of management experience - Full knowledge of production complex issues and skills in production project management - Able in the process of producing home appliances and preferably work experience in the field of refrigerators - Fluent in planning management, inventory control and production control - Communication skills - Teamwork - Problem solving - Timely decision making - High self-confidence
