Job Description

  • Portfolio optimization for target countries' market entrance including market scan, competitors’ landscape, defining the right portfolio by pack size per channel, creating roles for each pack and product in different channels, explore potential new product development according to the market trend.
  • Finding potential customers in different channels (B2B and B2C) in target countries.
  • Smoothly handling all processes of foreign sales such as taking orders, price and sales conditions negotiating, finalizing product specs and required certificates, transportation, money transfer, and documentation.
  • Overseeing the financial aspects of the sale.
  • Adjusting the profitability of the company's products in target countries' sales channels with appropriate pricing.
  • Complying with INCOTERMS in all business transactions so that no damage is caused to the company.
  • Ensuring safe delivery of goods by proper handling and care of goods during transport.
  • Preparing database of foreign customers and related documentation.
  • Supervising the export sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Cooperating with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments regarding export product design, branding, pricing, and shipment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management, or Business Management.
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience of which 3 years are in the food industry.
  • Proven experience in exporting to GCC, EU, or CIS countries is a must.
  • Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and transportation and costumes processes.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking) is a must.
  • Fluency in Arabic or Russian (writing and speaking) is an advantage.
  • Software knowledge: Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Communication skills.
