Job Description

-Plan and Manage all activities related to export -Developing export Strategies -Lead and Supervise export force/visitors through policy setting and operating procedures -Meet with customers and follow up them to discuss their needs and requirements -Generate frequent export reports to the CEO -Track customers' account balance in close relationship with the finance department -Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries -Increase the speed and quality of the export process -Customer retention and acquisition Requirements

Requirements

-Business Degree or related professional qualification -Minimum of 5 years experience in as an export manager in the Food Industry (Relevant Experience in sales of Nuts and Dried Fruit Snacks is a huge plus) -Familiar with export and customs operating procedures and rules -Familiar with E mail marketing -Familiar with Chamber of Commerces -Familiar with Sales through foreign Chain Stores -Great Leadership skills -Outstanding Communications Skills -Great Command of Softwares such as MS Office Suite and CRM (Preferably MABNA) -Ability to work under pressure. -Fluent in English
