About the job:
The Export Manager is responsible for driving international sales growth and managing end-to-end export operations across territory market.
This role combines business development, distributor management, and export operations to expand market presence while ensuring compliance with international regulations to develop market specific strategies aligned with brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve export sales, revenue and volume targets
• Prepare region base forecast and market expansion plans
• Monitor distributor performance
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms with partners based on company’s strategies
• Oversee end-to-end export process: order management, shipping and delivery.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics and regulatory teams for timely execution
• Adapt product portfolio and pricing for target market
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and supply chain teams to ensure alignments, and
• Build long-term partnership with international distributors.
Requirements:
• Having at least a university degree
• At least 5 years of practical experience in export.
Experience and knowledge:
• Strong experience managing dairy distributor network and international markets (Mainly East & Northeast of Iran)
• Strong negotiation and sales planning skills
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Good command of English language
