Job Description
- Responsible of export sales for the companys range of products
- Handling the distributors, agents and customers of the company outside of Iran based on country specification
- Dealing with government sectors, chamber of commerce of Iran and…, customs, drawback authorities, banks, international and local forwarding companies, inspection Co., customs agents and shipping lines with regard to export
- Make sure about effective & within targets expert of finished goods/ raw materials using different sales methods (LC, Cash in advance,) and providing different logistics facilities(ex-Work, CIF,…) based on company rules and regulations and country or contract Specifications
- Make relevant forecast & handle effective communication with Marketing & Supply Chain in order to set & deliver & export timely & closely
- Make new proposal to company marketing and management in order to be able to develop to new markets or fulfill a specific demand
- Analyze market potential in order to provide proposal of business development
Manage assigned & agreed Marketing budget in order to benefit from promotions, advertisements or etc. in targeted countries
- Receiving potential consumers inquiries for export
- Preparing export offers according to client needs and companys procedures
- Negotiating prices, payment, and delivery terms
- Arrange production plans for export with Supply Chain
- Contacting and negotiating shipping /international and local forwarding companies, Inspection Company and custom agents
- Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.
