- Negotiating with Customers - Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner through telephone, email, social Media (telegram, Whats App …) - Coordinating Transportation of all Consignment - Preparing Export Documents - Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment - Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages - Perform all functions within defined time frames for processing the delivery of cargo, and invoicing the client.
