Job Description

● Analyzing customer demand, current market conditions, and competitor information. ● Planning and doing sales negotiation and developing the sales and tracking contracts and following sales until getting the results. ● Representing the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. ● Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services and preparing a database. ● Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers. ● Finding competitive suppliers and running effective negotiations. ● Arranging all logistic affairs with transport companies, custom clearing agents and etc. ● Preparing invoices, sales contracts, tender documents, sales reports, and presentations with the cooperation of all involved departments. ● Following up on the account status of existing customers. ● Studying product information to acquire professional knowledge. ● Maintaining records of sales, and preparing financial documents, reports, or budgets.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● 4 years of relevant experience in the sales and marketing field (experience in the export of minerals and chemicals is an advantage). ● Presentation and negotiation skills to communicate effectively. ● Teamwork skills. ● Good public relations. ● Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic, responsible, and cooperative. ● Good at speaking, reading, and writing English. ● Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office and etc.).
