Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Country Manager and staff in the day to day functions while promoting high standards of corporate and commercial values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact. The role will also be responsible for various administrative functions to support the efficient running of the station. This role requires you to coordinate with various departments, ensuring that requests are carried out and activities are coordinated in a timely and prompt manner. You will independently gather, compile and co-ordinate information from multiple sources, assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documentary requirements, plan and organize meetings. You will maintain the highest standard of professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

We require you to have a minimum 3 years of secretarial experience in a multi-national company. Experience in both administrative support and customer service is a plus. You must have excellent English communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task and can independently work with minimum supervision. You must also have Advanced MS Excel skills. Furthermore, you are a perceptive and proactive organizer who takes initiative and commitments with a positive attitude. You are thorough in your work with the ability to effectively prioritize and structuring your day, while you are flexible and adaptable when it is required. You must currently be a resident of Iran or have a valid Iran work permit to be successful.
