The purpose of this job is to support firm in all respected areas of administration.
1. Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2. Welcoming the clients
3. Preparing and managing correspondences in both English and Farsi
4. Arranging travel and accommodation requirements in connection with the team
5. Arranging meetings
6. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
