Job Description

- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, correspondence & filing (fax, e-mails...) - Travel arrangement including International and Domestic programs (Reserve hotel, Booking Flights, Visa, etc.) - Typing Company letters and filling administrative documents - In charge of office supplies - Coordinating between departments and coordinate meetings - Managing office (in terms of personnel entry/exit, cleaning at the company...) - Providing general and specific administrative supports - Support Marketing department (for all printings, exhibition...)


- Bachelor degree in relevant majors - Experience 1 to 3 years in administration Dep. - Fluent in English - Knowledge of MS Word -- MS Excel -- MS PowerPoint - Female - Good public relations - Good team working - Familiar with PWKARA software - Leaving in west of Tehran
