Job Description
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, correspondence & filing (fax, e-mails...)
- Travel arrangement including International and Domestic programs (Reserve hotel, Booking Flights, Visa, etc.)
- Typing Company letters and filling administrative documents
- In charge of office supplies
- Coordinating between departments and coordinate meetings
- Managing office (in terms of personnel entry/exit, cleaning at the company...)
- Providing general and specific administrative supports
- Support Marketing department (for all printings, exhibition...)
