Job Description

Business Tasks: - Collect and summarize data or any documents needed by the management team for business intelligence use - Undertake a variety of general business research projects - Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination - Prepare regular (e.g. weekly) and issue specific ad-hoc reports for management - Act as CEO's liaison person with various corporate departments Secretarial Tasks: - Screen phone calls, emails, correspondences, inquiries and requests, assess their priorities and handling the case via related parties - Manage documents of the executive and proper dispatching - Schedule executive meetings including: preparing agendas, MoMs and future follow-ups - Perform travel arrangements (visa/hotel/ticket/etc) and the manage the schedule

Requirements

University qualifications: BSc, BA Previous experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position (CEO or executive assistant) Specialist knowledge: Familiar with financial data, Expert in MS-Office Suite and general use of Internet, Excellent writing skills in Persian and English Previous experience in Telecoms and Energy industries is a plus Other Skills: Team player, Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties, Results oriented with attention to details, Able to maintain confidentiality, Able to manage long working hours with high energy level, Able to work on several issues at the same time Gender Preference: Female Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: English Current Residence: Tehran
