Job Description
Responsible for event planning, coordinating and management, ensuring events run smoothly. The event manager must be able to perform a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The Event Planner is responsible for: • Planning project tasks and developing timelines for events • Coordinating the details of events • Scheduling event agenda and participant • Developing event materials and requirements • Managing correspondence • Coordinating all event logistics • Coordinating suppliers and handling client queries • Event evaluation, including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders
Requirements
• 3 years experience in event management • Good skill in project management • Good knowledge of Farsi and English both in writing and speaking • Communication skill • Proven experience in strategic planning • Negotiation skill • Ability to work under pressure with high level adaptability • Teamwork with the confidence to take the lead and guide other project participants
