Job Description
This position is responsible for analyzing and develop software solution for customer's requirements.
- Developing process with BPMS and bpmn2
- Troubleshooting the ERP system.
- Developing new Business Processes based on the organizational needs.
- Optimizing current business processes and documenting them.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
• Recommend software solutions based on needs
• Coordinate with all departments to analyze their software application needs.
