Job Description
-Analyze business processes -Assist with identifying training and change management requirements -Conduct analysis of existing systems, applications and functions to ensure strategic alignment -Conduct extensive consultation work with various stakeholders to determine business requirements and processes across a variety of systems and divisions -Analyze available options to meet business requirements. Identify optimal solutions for the organization -Utilize information gathered to advise the business on appropriate solutions and drive specific outcomes to meet stakeholder needs
Requirements
-Full ownership of ERP migration throughout all the stages including setting up corrected team structure -Significant experience with ERP systems or similar, ideally ERP migration project -Excellent understanding of business practices related to enterprise systems -Analytical and problem-solving skills in business analysis, system design and business process re-engineering -Ability to hold the hand of business stakeholders and engage with them from the first day. -Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as an ability to communicate technical information simply to end user
