Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ERP business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning business processes with technology solutions, particularly focusing on ERP systems. The ERP business analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to analyze business needs, streamline processes, and drive successful ERP implementations.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for ERP system implementations.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and designing to-be business processes using BPMN.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows for ERP implementation
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide guidance on ERP best practices.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that ERP system changes meet business requirements and are effectively implemented.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users on ERP functionalities and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a business analyst, preferably specializing in ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their functionalities.
Proficiency in documenting business processes, creating functional specifications, and conducting gap analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
