Job Description

• Estimate the product TTM and plan to meet the deadline • Identify the obstacles before developing new product, share with team and provide recommendations to overcome that • Research and provide recommendation on improvement of EB portfolio of Product and services • Analyze the functionality and performance of Enterprise Products • Monitor and implement Enterprise product developing process • Evaluate technology and liaise with market research to evaluate customer and market trends to identify and capture market demand for IT & EB Products and develop next-generation products to maximize revenue and profit. • Preparing of product definition documents and Organize product demonstrations as required. • Preparing Change Request documents to enhance current products based on Business needs • Define the testing plan and ensure its conducted prior to launch • Execute UAT and PIT of new and enhanced services • Ensure new product and new features are ready to be launched based on EBD roadmap • Create business case and prepare feasibility studies on new product opportunities • Support Product Development manager to manage project deliverables required to integrate new products and services into all business functions such as technical assessment, product development, operational support systems, and service delivery and support customer services • Controlling the progress of each New Product Project and prepare all the required reports • Create and proof filing materials and related documentation and communication bulletins • Develop and enhance product and services, through technical assessment of the Product lines
