Job Description
- Identifying the needs for implementation in the system.
- Doing the ERP solutions-related technical tests in the assigned field.
- Training the key users and users on the related SAP-ERP modules.
- Collecting, cleaning, and controlling the master data.
- Presenting weekly and daily reports to the manager.
- Supporting key users and users in all phases of the projects.
- Identifying the issues of the system and resolving them.
Requirements:
- Understanding the business processes, solutions, and process improvements that meet business needs across the organization.
- At least a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Business process management.
- Preferably upper intermediate in English.
- Ideal age range: 25 to 32 years old.
