Objective: Applicants are required to translate a variety of Persian texts into English, rephrase, summarize or write English articles. Main responsibilities : Translate Persian to English texts. Edit English texts. Summarize English texts. Rephrase English texts. Compile news stories. Search for news leads. Reporting to : CEO, Editor-in-Chief Subordinates : none Other interactions : Working closely with Persian news writers Number required : 4 Duration : permanent Desired start date : immediately Probation : 3 months Working hours : Sat-Thu 9-5 (one position is flexible) Travel requirements : none Gross monthly base salary : negotiable Several people will be employed in the following fields: News writing Translation of scientific papers Proofreading Copy editing the English text after comparing with the Persian text
