Job Description
Engineering, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the various components that make up MTNIrancell’s Network Access Control (NAC) infrastructure. This includes a Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) environment and the associated 802.1x network components for both wired and wireless networks. Additional expertise is desired in the specific technologies that are used in the environment to maintain network security and identity management to include Cisco’s Access Control Server (ACS) platform, Routing and Switching, Cisco ASA. This includes maintaining documentation to reflect the current operating environments as well as creating operational documentation to reflect current processes and best practices. ● To operate Network Security , including configuration and deployment of Cisco firewall and IPS in an enterprise environment (Cisco ASA, Cisco NextGen Firepower) ● To Implement Cisco based network infrastructure and services in a Cloud environment (switches, routers, firewalls/IPS, VPN’s, IPSEC, SSL, IKev2)
Requirements
In depth knowledge in : ● Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Devices. ● VPN Configuration. ● Cisco ISE. ● Networking features and protocols such as spanning tree, VPC, ARP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, Ether channel, 802.1Q Trunking, HSRP, RADIUS/TACACS+, VPN, Cisco CCNP (Security, Routing&Switching) Certification or equivalent experience required. Skills and ability : ● Fluent in English ● Necessary to have 5+ years of experience as a network security engineer supporting Cisco enterprise security technologies and should have a deep understanding of Cisco's Security solution portfolio and significant expertise with data networks.
