Job Description
*This position is created to achieve following objectives:
- Identifying opportunities for EHS WPI (Work Processes Improvement), increasing agility , loss elimination , while processes digitalization.
- EHS leading and lagging indicators data collection and analysing the data.
- Implementation of continuous improvement in the establishment of standards ISO 9001 , ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
- Implementing continuous improvement in the deployment of the 5S3R system and revising its implementation method based on JTI latest standards.
- In case of observing nonconformity with local and global EHS standards, the owner of this position can stop the task.
*Responsibilities:
- Identifying rooms for improvement in terms of processes digitalization and increasing works method agility
- Implementing Safety suggestion and EHS rewarding systems to improve employee's engagement in EHS activities and culture building.
- Implementing and sustaining ISO standards (ISO 50001, 14001, 45001, 9001) by leading factory ISO team, holding training, audit plans, updating standards, holding periodical ISO meetings…
- Implementing and sustaining 5S3R standard through holding training courses and conducting monthly safety audit tours in departments. Participation in risk assessment, harmful factors assessment, medical checkup, campaigns and IWD activities.
- Identifying capable people and planning and developing training programs for these people to establish TTT (Train to Trainer) system to improve EHS training.
