Job Description
Précon Company is a leading consultancy and E-Learning practice company that operates in food supply chain and food industry. -Coordinate the process of developing E-Learning courses or holding webinars (in Food Industry scope) for experts in food industries to help them succeed in their job and improve their knowledge in food safety and quality scope and different kinds of food standards. -Assist in creating, engaging, and innovative learning experiences for higher education or corporate clients. -Assist and support in content creation and didactic script (Food Industry Scope) for E-Learning courses and implement the content in eLearning software. -Providing support for the implementation of e-learning strategies, and work with e-learning staff to develop sustainable high-quality E-Learning and webinars activities appropriate for the discipline. -Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology -Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness -Preferably knowledge of using LMS (Moodle or any other LMS platforms), webinar platforms, eLearning software, website management, and other tools.
Requirements
-2 years of experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role -Preferably Knowledge of E-Learning and teaching methods -Familiarity with website coordinating -Critical thinker and problem-solving skills -Excellent decision making and organizational skills -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Passionate for excellence and eager to learn -Good time-management skills -Self-motivated and creative - Expert in using MS Office (Word and Excel, PowerPoint) - Good Knowledge of English proficiency both written and spoken. - Academic background in Food Science Engineering Does the following describe you? - Enthusiastic - Strong communicator - Passionate and creative - Enjoy Challenges
