Job Description

- Responsible to lead Pharma sales team to sell Baby Food Products to pharmacies across the country and money collecting from the pharmacies - Responsible for exhibiting good leadership attributes to motivate the team towards optimal performance also training and coaching of team - Responsible for coordination and participation at pharm & medical conferences though Solico Kalleh platform - Responsible for updating product knowledge to ensure the highest standard of sales representation - Responsible for Pharmacy Channel promotion and reach the sales team's targets - Directs related operations to ensure effective operations in pharmacy - Lead Sales Team Pharmacy Channel in order to develop and grow specific product sales - Market Visits across all Pharmacy Channels focusing on shelf life, competitor activities and recommend actionable solutions to sales team - Participate in new product launches and/or line extensions on a country - Monitor market conditions and sales trends related to Pharmacy Channel - Update area Pharmacy Channel plans, review team performance and facilitate intra- and inter-organizational discussions. - Respond team & customer’s questions about products. - Interact with customers and build strong relationships - Study documentation or other information for new scientific or technical products - Take part in sales or trade meetings - Keep update about market conditions, business trends, regulations, or industry developments

Requirements

- Effective communication - Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills - Problem Solving - Quick change of job knowledge - Experience at least 5 Years in Field in Nutrition/ Pharmaceutical Companies - At least BA in Nutrition, Food Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent related experience is required
