Job Description
- Own and lead driver’s loyalty club including getting driver incentives, service design, and operation.
- Analyze the loyalty program performance.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with external vendors and partners.
- Asses and work with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes.
- Coordinate external contractors and service suppliers.
- Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes, and configurations.
- Cooperate with the product team with regard to application configuration and enhancements.
- Expand the lifetime value of drivers and create more engagement with them as one of Tapsi's main stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in relevant majors like Marketing, Management, or an MBA graduate.
- +4 years of relevant experience (business development, marketing, trade, sales).
- Experience in campaign and account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience in project management.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-task across multiple tasks (prioritization setting and workload allocation).
- Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment.
- Hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical skills.
