Job Description

Main responsibilities: - Leading the distribution sales team across Iran to achieve the revenue growth and profit plans of the company, - Implementing the marketing and sales strategies in a high paced consumer goods environment , - Improving the market coverage plans, - Enhancing the distribution time management and follow up system, - Territory planning, incentive plans and developing the capabilities of the sales team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will also be responsible for the sales distribution budget and you will ensure the regular reporting of activities on daily, weekly or monthly bases.

Requirements

A Result oriented, active and creative person with ability to lead the sales team across Iran. A minimum BSc. degree preferably in business or commercial fields and at least 8 - 10 years of distribution and / or FMCG sales experience. Excellent command of English both written and spoken and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and externally with a vast number of clients
