Job Description

We are seeking a savvy Digital Marketing specialist with expertise in Social media management, content management, SEO and website optimisation to join our team. You will be responsible for digital marketing of our products and services in both Iran and Australia markets. Other than the fixed salary, this role includes a bonus payment if the KPIs are met. Bonus payment for KPIs met in Australia will be paid in Australian dollars and for KPIs met in Iran will be paid in Tomans. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan and execute all social media, web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email and display advertising campaigns. • Coordination and participation in the creation of digital content (e.g. social media post, website contents, blogs, video contents etc.) • Increase followers on our social media channels with latest proven methods • Improve search-engine rankings • Manage and improve the company's website • Designing, implementing, analysing and optimizing PPC campaigns including google Ads • Share qualitative content on different social media channels • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used • Create, send and answer email campaigns • Plan and execute referral marketing campaigns • Translate the company’s objectives into digital marketing strategies • Calculate and provide reports on relevant KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per conversion, lead to close ratio, return on ad spend and cost per acquisition.
