Job Description
- Support employee retention goals through regional team performance, performance evaluations & individual mentoring
- Assist the CMO with forecasting and business growth
- Identify opportunities for departmental & company-wide improvement & solve for team issues and creates a tactical roadmap to ensure execution
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns from different aspects (Orders, New Users …)
- Support user retention goal by leading regional Digital Advertising performance improvements & other initiatives
- Responsible for keeping informed of new technologies, trends, and digital marketing tools and bringing these ideas into consideration when building new campaigns.
- Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and digital marketing messages, understand design, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising
- Keep projects on schedule and manage time and budget
- Provide ongoing training to Digital Advertising team, maintain detailed knowledge of all new products, digital offerings and trends
- Monitor, review, analyze and report on all digital marketing KPI's
- Collaborate with fellow marketing team members—including graphics, content marketing, and video—to build engaging digital marketing campaigns
