Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Digital marketing specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools. If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, Application, podcasts and blogs, this position is for you. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement Principal duties and responsibilities: - Planning and development of overall marketing strategies (budget, competition, environmental factors, opportunities and market segmentation, target market selection, product) - Managing the Marketing Budget and prepare the Operational Marketing Plan - Determining policies and using different advertising practices - Research and development (market, product, customers, opponents) - Partnerships in determining sales strategies based on strengths, weaknesses, threats, opportunities - Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings. - Developing Marketing Strategies for internal and external markets of digital services - Devising strategies to drive online traffic and conversion on the company website. - Develop digital services traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROL and KPIs) - Develop an Operational Plan for Increasing ROI Index for Products - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Generate Overall reports on our marketing campaign’s performance - Plan and execute all social media, webs, SEO /SEM and display advertising campaigns Design - Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing procedures - Devising content for social media, digital advertising, sums and email campaigns - Providing creative manager with a brief for required digital artwork - Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas - Manage all aspects of marketing operations and Follow up campaign requirements - Working with all marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, Firebase, Attribution Platforms, and AdWords and ….) - Has a strong, transparent, trusty partnership and cooperation with management

Requirements

- Master of Marketing management, MBA, EMBA or industrial engineering Experience - 6 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Director - In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels - Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices - Basic knowledge of web design procedures - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills
