Job Description

● Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision. ● Establish our online presence and create brand awareness. ● Create a unique brand identity online. ● Spread the brand’s message through social media and other online mediums. ● Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies. ● Supervise ROI and KPIs. ● Plan and execute digital media strategies and campaigns to meet the clients’ requirements. ● Monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns and evaluate past campaign results. ● Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and budget ● Coordinate the implementation of digital media plans with the internal team members. ● Collect and analyze campaign data, reports, and metrics. ● Communicate with digital media publishers to schedule campaigns as per the plan ● Determine the best media outlet mix for our marketing objectives. ● Analyze brands' media habits, preferences, and behaviors ● Prepare cost-effective budgets for online marketing. ● Monitor performance of the ongoing campaigns. ● Manage paid advertisement campaign on various platforms. ● Take feedback from the brands and make necessary changes. ● Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

Requirements

● More than three years of experience as a digital marketing expert or similar roles. ● Self-Motivated, team-oriented, and goal-oriented. ● Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients. ● Ability to work independently and flexibly. ● Capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects. ● Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas. ● Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. ● Networking and analytical skills. ● Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms. ● Hands-on experience with SEM, and Google Analytics. ● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
