Insurance from the first working day Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8am to 4:45pm (closed on Thursdays) • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for brand awareness and impressions • Manage and oversee social media content • Measure the success of every social media campaign • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies • Setup, maintenance & working knowledge of marketing platforms such as (but not limited to) Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business (or equivalent) • Website management, maintenance & webmaster websites and servers • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization • Communicate with influencers and industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. • 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices • Experience in graphic design is desired, but not required • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics • Familiarity with web design and publishing • Excellent multitasking skills • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
