Job Description

-Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers -Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Telegram, Aparat ) -Design, build and maintain our social media presence -Launch optimized online adverts through related media to increase company and brand awareness -Process analyzer to improve through online platform -Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization) -Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels -Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website -Collaborate with designers to improve user experience -Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends) -Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date -Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors -Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns -Collaborate with internal sales and marketing team plus external designers and marketing strategist to produce high quality content -Deliver engaging content on a regular basis -Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) -Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights -Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies -Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests -Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience -Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points -Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate -Creative and idea designer -PR and VOC tasks implementer -Optimize website and internal application -Content marketing planner

Requirements

-At least 2 years in marketing department in any business/prefer lubricants or FMCG business -Minimum Bachelor degree/prefer related fields -Advanced in MS office, graphical soft ware -Familiar with dynamic Microsoft CRM software -Ability of software developing is preferred -Knowledge of business management and advertisement -Knowledge of online media management and tricks -Familiar with guerrilla and viral marketing strategy and method -Fluent in English -Gender Preference: Male / Female -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30 years old
