Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to work independently and collaboratively with our team to scale our application infrastructure and upgrade existing deployments. Responsibilities in this position include managing continuous integration, improving technical and operational security, setting up the system to backup and restore data and setting up disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

Strong Linux command line knowledge Bash scripting skills Knowledge of design, automate, monitor, and scale infrastructure to support industrial class traffic Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus Basic SQL and CQL skills Skills in Docker Container and Kubernetes Orchestration Familiarity with Elasticsearch Configuration and Optimization Knowledge of working with MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, and CouchBase databases Work experience with GitLab Proficiency with Kafka, RabbitMQ and ZooKeeper is a plus Work experience with DFS such as GlusterFS, Swift is a plus Experience with analyzing and improve efficiency, scalability, stability, reliability, and performance of CDN infrastructure is a plus Experience with Jenkins is a plus The position is an on-call position
