Essential responsibilities and duties - Expert to design industrial parts (Create concepts, kinematics and technical solution) - Expert to define the tolerances on part (numerical and geometrical) - Expert in CAD/CAM /CAE /PLM - Expert to analyzing the industrial component (FEA) - Familiar with DFMEA - Able to create and manage the technical document (Drawing, 3D models, EBOM) - Familiar with industrial manufacturing processes and using the design for manufacturing and design for assembly methods - Expert to work with CATIA V5 (Mandatory) and other designing software (solid works, AutoCAD) - Familiar with FEA, CAE software’s like ABAQUS
