Job Description

-Planning the operations to achieve targets and goals. -Oversee & manage the day-to-day operations of factory -Coordination of relationships between departments in company -Select, train, supervise and evaluate of staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description. -Assist general Manager in implementing business development strategies

Requirements

- University degree in related fields, (Management, Industrial, engineering …) - Proven min 15 years of related management experience in industrial fields. (Preferably construction machinery) - Ability to develop daily action plans & meet targets and goals - Excellent organizational & leadership skills - Hard working and Focused - Good communication skills in written and oral English. - Familiar with MS Office & internet
