Job Description

• Consolidate demand planning activities to create a rolling 24- month unconstrained demand plan. • Manage the demand planning process for the relevant category for 0-3 months, in weekly buckets with SKU detail; by product family by mouth for 4 - 24 months and focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy. • Provides input into companywide demand planning processes & continuous improvement initiatives in this area. • Responsible for the creation of the baseline forecast. • Highlight risks and opportunities in sales volume based on statistical analysis, activity evaluations and Sales feedback. • Develop and refine the forecasting process, models and tools leading to improved accuracy. • Complexity Management – regularly review SKU portfolio with extended teams (Customer, Fiance and Supply chain) and make appropriate recommendations. • Coordinate with local brand building and customer marketing teams on innovation and promotion plans and forecast, respectively. • Give the basic input for promotion evaluation and monitor promotion effectiveness. • Ensure updated and agreed volume forecast are submitted for the financial forecasting.

Requirements

• University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, and Commercial Management. • 3-5 years’ experience in production or production planning or demand planning. • Communication Skill • Customer Service • Planning experience • Budgeting and planning • Cross functional business understanding
