Job Description

•Consistently achieve sustainable demand plan accuracy (DPA) improvement: (Accuracy level and variability, Bias balance) •Capture, Prioritize, analysis and input Sales & Marketing events and other trends which impact demand plan In accordance with the Demand Planning Process, communicate relevant information to senior management by: Highlighting Gaps Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade offs Ensuring actions and Demand Plans are realistic and achievable •To help ensure commitment from all functions build and maintain good communication and collaboration both within supply chain and with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and finance. •Influence Sales and Marketing Team by providing input on a regular basis regarding product launches and promotions.

Requirements

Measurements / Performance Indicators • DPA (Demand Plan Accuracy) • Bias • Accuracy of uplift estimates • 18 Months demand plan reliability Key Experiences Two or more years of relevant operational experience at Market / Business level in at least one of the following areas: • Sales / KA Management • Supply / Demand Planning • Marketing (market analysis) • Finance: Business Planning / Dynamic forecasting If not held a commercial role before joining Demand Planning a mission to a sales related function is strongly recommended.
