Job Description

- Data modeling to visualize database structure - Reviewing query performance and optimizing code - Designing and coding database tables to store the application’s data - Working with application developers to create optimized queries - Creating database triggers for automation, e.g., automatic email notifications - Creating table indexes to improve database performance - Programming views, stored procedures, and functions - Creating and designing tables when new modules are added to a software product - Reviewing current database design and making suggestions for better performance - Design required reports based on business needs

Requirements

- BS in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent experience - 2+ years of experience as data base admin/expert Strong knowledge on following topics: - Experience programming in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL - MS SQL Server – design and performance optimization - Experience with SQL and BI Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus. - Familiar with ERP concept - Familiar with Reporting software e.g. Stimulsoft, Crystal report - Familiar with CSS, HTML. AJAX, Java Script and Rest API Other Requirement: - Problem-solving and good analytical skills - Good organizational skills - Flexibility and adaptability - Business awareness and understanding of business requirements of IT - Communication, teamwork and negotiation skills - Self-motivated, initiative and Team working skills - English communication Verbal/written
